1. Where are your products sent from?

All products are sent from our Hong Kong store.

2. How is my order shipped?

Hong Kong Local Transportation : SF Express

Macau Transportation : SF Express

The Mainland of China Transportation : SF Express

Transportation in other countries : SF Express, Hong Kong Post

3. My order is still “in progress”, when will it be shipped?

Courier orders are processed within one working day. If your order is placed after the business hours, the order will be processed on the next business day. If it is an order for pre-ordered products, it will be shipped within the day after arrival.

4. Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

Once your order has shipped, we will send your tracking information.

5. My order has been shipped, but I need to change the address, what should I do?

If you need to change your address, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that it may not be possible to change the address, or the courier company may charge an address change fee.

6. Duties and taxes

The price shown for the product does not include duties and taxes, your package will be shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) and you may be required to pay duties, fees and import taxes upon receipt. Charges ultimately depend on your local customs authorities. You must pay these fees to complete customs clearance. For more information, please check with your local customs office.
